Christmas tree PICK-UP!!!
Christmas tree pick-up will continue through January 31st. Trees should be curbside, the Public Works Department will not come onto porches. When placing them,
be sure sidewalks are not blocked. Feel free to contact the Borough Office with questions.
REMINDER!!!
Snow & ice must be cleaned from sidewalks within 24 hours of winter storms. We appreciate everyone’s
cooperation in keeping Watsontown safe.
TREX Recycling Program
Due to unbelievable community support, the Watsontown Borough has managed to recycle enough plastic for (8) TREX benches.
In moving forward, the Borough will continue collecting plastic indefinitely. Thank you for your continued support!
Borough Office & Public Works Department closed
Please note: the Borough Office & Public Works Department will be closed on Thursday, November 28th, Friday, November 29th & Monday, December 2nd for Thanksgiving.

This is a reminder that the Borough Office & Public Works Department are closed on Monday, November 11, 2024 for Veterans Day.
We will re-open on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at 7 am.
2025 Budget Meeting prior to Council Meeting
Starting at 6:15, the next 2025 Budget Meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 prior to the Council Meeting. All are welcome to attend.

Lewis Twp. Recycling Facility has now closed.
The Lewis Twp. Recycling Facility closed on December 28, 2020 due to the ongoing issue of illegal dumping. B&W Disposal offers Single Stream Recycling at 570-538-9836.
Pavilion Rental Policy
Pavilion Rental Policy as adopted by Council on 9/26/16: Reservations for the pavilions will be taken on the 1st working day of the New Year. All reservations are on a 1st come, 1st reserved basis. Reservations for Pavilions 1, 2 & the River Pavilion will not be accepted without payment.
