Starting at 6:15, the next 2025 Budget Meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 prior to the Council Meeting. All are welcome to attend.
Neighbors Helping Neighbors has relocated to the Seventh Day Adventist Church 1319 8th Street Drive, Watsontown.
Distribution days & hours are unchanged. We distribute the 1st & 3rd Wednesdays of each month from 9:30-11:30 am. We serve residents in the WR School District that live in Northumberland County.

Bagged leaves along with tree trimmings & other yard waste should be curb side before 7 AM that morning. Leaf pick-up will begin as needed & includes Spruce & Hemlock Alleys.
Watsontown Borough seeks a resident to serve as a member of the Civil Service Commission. This is a volunteer position to fill an unexpired term until 12/31/23. Interested candidates must be a resident of the borough and a registered voter. Borough Council will accept letters of interest via mail at P.O. Box 273, Watsontown PA 17777, email at jayjarrett@ptd.net, or in person at the borough office, until June 10, 2022 at 4:00 PM.

Christmas tree pick-up will continue through January 31st. Trees should be curbside, the Public Works Department will not come onto porches. When placing them,
be sure sidewalks are not blocked. Feel free to contact the Borough Office with questions.
